Great article about engaging through your body to manage your emotions.  I’m so excited to see this being addressed.  I’ve been teaching body-centered ways of self-care for more than 30 years, and I say, “Let your body lead so your mind doesn’t have to.”  Direct your attention below the neck and really get out of your head!
